Introduction
On October 1st, a root certificate expired (the IdentTrust DST Root CA X3). This has caused several issues for mobile applications that use an API. Among these applications is Imago Mobile.
How Do I know if it's affecting me?
By affecting Imago mobile, what you may be experiencing is not being able to sign in with your credentials, you will get an error of sign-in failed.
How to fix it
To correct the issue please go in your android device to:
Settings/Security/Encryption & Credentials/Trusted Credentials and look for the DST Root CA X3 certificate and disable it. It might be in a slightly different location due to phone differences.
