Move Collection into another Dataset and/or Workspace |
Introduction
This article describe how to move a Collection and its associated images from one Dataset/Workspace to another Dataset/Workspace using Image Tools.
To access Image Tools, click My Workspaces from the top-right dropdown menu:

From the Settings Options on the left-hand side, click Image Tools:
Click the Arrow to the right of Selected to access an option.
Move Collection into another Dataset and/or Workspace
As the name implies, this option moves a Collection and its associated Images from one Dataset/Workspace to another Dataset/Workspace.

It is important that the following conditions are satisfied:

Example
Let's say the following Collection was uploaded inadvertently to the Drilling Dataset in the Mine Development Workspace:
This Collection represents core photos from Exploration drilling that should have been uploaded to the Drilling Dataset in the Near Mine Exploration Workspace and has been selected:
The Collection needs to be moved.
From Image Tools, select:
- Move Collection into another Dataset and/or Workspace.
- The Collection that is to be moved (Mine Development/Drilling/EXP0256 in this example).
- The Workspace/Dataset into which the above is to be moved (Near Mine Exploration/Drilling in this example).

The x in the screenshot is a quick way to reset a selection. |
- Click Move. A Summary Dialog is displayed:
Click Move to begin the process. When complete, the moved Collection (EXP0256) now appears in the destination Workspace/Dataset.
