Imago Connect provides a dual role:
- A connection to the Imago Portal
- Which allows the Imago Tools desktop application to run a number of selectable tasks such as exporting images, creating a 3D textured mesh file and other tasks.
Make sure you have the latest version of Imago Connect + Tools (Downloads Section).
The Imago Connect + Tools application has an intuitive interface consisting of a left panel containing available tasks and an right panel where options are selected or values entered:
In the above, the 3D Drillholes task is selected and the right panel contains the inputs/selections required to complete the task.
Creates a 3D textured mesh in obj format (an industry standard) which locates Imago images in 3D space. This file can be imported into geological and mining software packages such as Leapfrog, Surpac, Micromine and others.
Provides the means to export images located on the Imago Portal to a local disk drive
Uploads images located on a local drive to the Imago Portal.
Exports numeric and/or text data attributes associated with images located on the Imago Portal to the local disk.
Uploads numeric or text data such as analytical results (assays) or geologic codes to the Imago Portal to be associated with attributes.
Exports a list of collections (Hole Identifiers, for example) or Imagery (Image Intervals) in csv format to a local drive.
Uploads a list of Collections (Hole Identifiers for example) to the Imago Portal.
Enables an automated schedule to be defined which executes one or more tasks at a designated date and time.
